Research interests

Objects :

• Socio-professional integration of adolescent with diverse kind of difficulties, such physical, mental or behavioral disability. School to work transition. Relationship between working conditions, work activities, skill development and occupational health & safety. Education science and competence approaches. Social constructivist paradigm of human development.
• Work disability prevention: primary, secondary and tertiary intervention aiming integration, retention and return to work of at-risk or injured workers (work-related musculoskeletal disorders and/or work accidents).
• Systemic inequities affecting men and women in term of work conditions and health consequences. .
• Development and implementation of health promotion interventions in school and workplaces

Methods :

• Eco-health approach: participation, intervention, transdisciplinary, and social justice.
• Ergonomic analysis of work activity to understand workplace determinants and risk factors of work injury.
• Gender-sensitive analysis
• Utilization-focused Evaluation (implementation science)
• Tools : workplace observations, verbalisations, reflexive methods (e.g. : auto-allo confrontation interviews). Mixed methods.
