The objective of the\u00a0Bachelor-master\u2019s continuum in physiotherapy<\/a>\u00a0is to train\u00a0students for them to meet the requirements of the Ordre professionnel de la physioth\u00e9rapie du Qu\u00e9bec (OPPQ) and of the national and international organizations responsible for accreditation of physiotherapy programs. The mission of this continuum of education is to train future autonomous generalist physiotherapists qualified to work in frontline healthcare. These future physiotherapists will be able to prevent, assess, perform a physiotherapy diagnosis and treat conditions affecting the musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and respiratory systems of clients of all ages. Because their training is based on clinical reasoning, best practices, scientific knowledge and clinical evidence, our students acquire the essential competencies to become clinicians, consultants, teachers, managers or research collaborators. The program\u2019s clinical training prioritizes the acquisition of professional competencies with diversified client populations in an interdisciplinary clinical context.<\/p>\n
